Expedited, half-day, and full-day sessions are available in person in Lufkin or by Zoom anywhere in Texas. All fees are quoted per party; see the complete fee schedule and payment options, or reserve a date online.
Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Additional mediation time may be scheduled if all parties agree and Judge Inselmann’s calendar permits, billed at $300 per hour, divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed.

Judge Inselmann conducts Zoom mediations throughout Texas.
Virtual mediation offers convenience while maintaining the same preparation, professionalism, and focus on resolution as an in-person session — with no travel required for the parties or their counsel.
