Fee Schedule
All fees are current and quoted per party. Additional time is available by agreement.

Additional mediation time may be scheduled if all parties agree and Judge Inselmann’s schedule permits, billed at $300 per hour, divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed. No weekend mediations are scheduled. Review all mediation service options or reserve a date. Texas mediation is governed by Chapter 154 of the Civil Practice & Remedies Code.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee.
One-half of the mediation fee may be charged unless the time is filled.
The full mediation fee may be charged.
