Yes. All mediation communications are confidential as provided by Texas law (Chapter 154). Statements and documents you submit are reviewed only by Judge Inselmann.

Yes. Judge Inselmann conducts Zoom mediations throughout Texas, with the same preparation, professionalism, and confidentiality as an in-person session, including private breakout rooms for confidential caucuses.

Yes, when all parties agree and scheduling permits. Additional time is billed at $300 per hour, divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed.

Yes. Travel mediations are available by agreement. His primary office is in Lufkin, and he is available to travel throughout Texas by arrangement.

Online payment is available through the website by credit card, ACH/electronic payment, or law firm check. Payment is due prior to mediation unless other arrangements have been made.

More than fourteen days before mediation there is no cancellation fee. Fourteen days or less, one-half of the fee may be charged unless the time is filled. Within forty-eight hours, the full fee may be charged.
